Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer purchasing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email before returning the item.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been custom-made, personalized according to the customer's specifications, or created specifically for an individual customer.
This includes original artworks from the Project X collection and other unique one-of-a-kind artistic creations. Due to their individual and exclusive nature, these artworks cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun or the artwork has been completed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you are unsure whether a particular artwork qualifies for a return, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Return Procedure
Before returning any item, please contact us by email.
Carefully package the item to ensure it is adequately protected during transit.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs showing the damage.
We will assess the situation promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
